Marquee weddings are the ultimate blank canvas. They allow you to completely control the design and the style of every inch of the space. They also enable you to set the scene for who you truly are as a couple, and how you would like your guests to enjoy your special day.

It is true that they can be a little more work and slightly overwhelming, but that is why we are here. When you choose to hire a marquee package through Over the Top Events, we walk you through every step of the process. From selecting the right sized structure to suit your location or venue, the style of furnishings, the requirements of the caterers, the comfort of your guests and any other wild and crazy ideas you might like to dream up - we have got your back!

Our dedicated staff do all of the hard work for you, completing all aspects of the installation and removal. All you have to do is turn up and add your finishing touches. And did we mention it’s a 3 day hire? So there are no closing times, you can party as long as you like and have everyone back for brunch.

A beautifully decorated wedding reception with long wooden tables, floral centerpieces, and wooden chairs inside a tent.

what’s included

  • Three pole Hampton Marquee with soaring champagne coloured ceilings and a combination of clear, champagne or open wall panels.

    The marquee will be big enough to accommodate enough formal seating for your guests, bridal table, dancefloor area, entertainment and bar service

  • Festoon lighting installed throughout the marquee and extending out over an outdoor alfresco area.

  • Solid timber dance floor installed either inside the marquee or open air

  • Accessorise your marquee your way with luxe curtains and / or backdrops.

  • Choose from our selection of trestle tables, farmhouse dining tables, white timber tables or round tables. Then take your pick from our extensive collection of chairs.

  • Complement your indoor dining furniture with a selection of outdoor high bar tables, bar stools and lounge furniture. Perfect for cocktail hour!

  • Bridal table, sweat heart table, grazing table, gift table, cake table, champagne tower table, DJ table - whatever your heart’s desire is included in this package description

  • Initial planning meeting, warehouse tour and quote creation including floor plan design

  • Construction, installation and post event dismantle of all hire items

  • For cocktail / food truck style celebrations, we recommend that you supply a combination of seating styles for approximately 60% of your guests. You can choose from a selection of our dining tables, chairs, high bar tables, bar stools and lounge furniture to meet the needs of your guests and create the vibe that you are hoping to achieve.
